Inside the hood, the system uses gentle red light to calm the mind and encourage sleep. When it’s time to wake up, soft blue light appears to help the body adjust naturally. At the same time, a built-in speaker plays neutral, rhythmic music that affects brain waves and promotes deeper rest.
This combination of light and sound reacts to the wearer’s body. The jacket gathers real-time biometric data such as heartbeat, breathing rate, and body temperature. These signals guide the system to adjust light and music for each person’s needs.

KONEL designed the jacket with inspiration from Japan’s Edo-period “yogi blanket,” a traditional hybrid of clothing and bedding. Just like the yogi blanket, this modern jacket aims to combine warmth, comfort, and security in one wearable form.
